Oggi, per gestire le chiamate del nostro dipartimento IT, ho installato, prima su un Windows 2003 Server e poi su un server CentOS 4.4  "Trouble Ticket Express" http://www.troubleticketexpress.com/ . La caratteristica essenziale di questo software è che tutta la parte base (che proprio base non è) è freeware, inoltre i moduli aggiuntivi hanno un prezzo veramente irrisorio.
