Microsoft Connected Services Framework(CSF) è un nuovo framework che permette di gestire  i servizi e le reti di telecomunicazioni. Permette di gestire ed aggreggare più reti con diverse apparecchiature.

CSF è basato su un'architettura SOA e i prerequisiti sono :

Operating System- Microsoft Windows Server 2003
     o Internet Information Server
     o UDDI 2.0
     o Microsoft Windows XP for CSF Dev Edition
• Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or SQL Server 2005
• Microsoft Web Services Enhancements 3.0
• Microsoft Enterprise Library 2.0

• Microsoft Biz Talk Server 2006 is recommended for Service Logic implementation
