Attempt this exercise multiple times

 You can do this exercise at a minimum of 10 times every day.  I have been there and done that in the past. 

The second exercise is the "Leg-Raise. Once you can maintain the motion for this long, slowly increase the length of time you perform this exercise. Squeeze your shoulders and stomach muscles as you raise your abs approximately 1 inch off the ground. However, through regular, daily workouts that include short exercises that are specifically designed for the abs, you can get rock hard abs. 

Just remember that there are ofther things you can do that will help you get hard abs.If you have ever tried to get rock hard abs, you know how discouraging it can be. Keep your legs off of the floor at a 90 degree angle, while you lie with your back flat. 

The first exercise is "The Abs-Curl." Flatter abdominal muscles can be attained by performing the correct workouts.  Especially when you are not sure what to do to easily get ripped abs. Then lift your feet and shoulder blades off the ground, and maintain that position for a number of seconds.

It can often be a hard process if you're attempting to get 6 pack abs. Every day, attempt this exercise multiple times.
